It has a high level of safety, where workpieces are still held by means of strong permanent magnets in the event of a sudden power failure. We can offer you several pole pitch variants. The chuck has a holding force of up to 120 N/cm2 evenly distributed across the surface of the chuck.

The MH-107 digital residual magnetism meter is used to measure residual magnetism in workpieces that have been exposed to magnetic clamping or other magnetic fields. A high residual magnetic field in a semi-finished product can cause problems during further processing (e.g. welding, machining, etc.) and, in finished products, can affect the functionality of certain equipment; therefore, it is sometimes necessary to monitor the strength of the residual magnetic field. If the residual magnetism is too high, you can remove it using our demagnetisers.
Key specifications:
Application: Measurement of residual magnetism
Technology: Electronic device (battery-powered)
Battery life: up to 130 hours
Measuring range: 0–3000.0 mT
Units: Gauss or kA/m
Warranty: 2 years
Uses:
Checking residual magnetism on workpieces and components
Verifying the effectiveness of demagnetisation after using demagnetisation equipment
Measuring the magnetic field following magnetic clamping or other manufacturing operations

The GP250 permanent magnet is designed for handling steel sheets and plates and rotating them by 90° between a horizontal and vertical position. It enables the safe positioning of material during loading, unloading and the operation of production equipment. Thanks to the optimised distribution of the magnetic field, the magnet is also suitable for handling thin sheets, which may bend during lifting.
The large lifting eye can be secured in a vertical position, enabling safe handling of the load in both directions. As a result, a single magnet can be used both for lifting sheets from a stack and for their subsequent tilting and transport. The magnet’s design complies with the requirements of standard EN 13155 and is engineered with a focus on the safe handling of sheet metal.
The magnet is intended for handling flat loads with a smooth, even surface. For handling round bars, sections or loads with an uneven surface, we recommend using permanent magnets from the Neo or Revolift series.
Key parameters:
Applications: Lifting, handling and rotating sheet metal by 90°
Technology: Permanent magnet
Horizontal load capacity: 250 kg
Vertical load capacity: 80 kg
Minimum sheet thickness: 3 mm
Maximum material temperature: 80 °C
Safety factor: 4:1
Warranty: 1 year
Additional information:
The GP 250 is suitable for handling flat loads with a smooth, clean surface. In the case of uneven or soiled surfaces, or circular materials such as bars, tubes, etc., we recommend a permanent load magnet from the Neo series.
Applications:
Handling steel sheets and plates
Tilting sheets between horizontal and vertical positions
Removing sheets from stacks from a thickness of 4 mm
Loading and unloading sheet metal
Operating machining, cutting and manufacturing equipment

The Alustar permanent magnetic circular chuck is a lightweight version of the Neostar chuck. The aluminium body reduces its weight significantly thereby allowing clamping of workpieces with larger weights than the basic Neostar version. The great advantage of the chuck is the patented switch mechanism, which makes it possible to adjust the holding force variably and fix the adjusted holding force in any position Thanks to the switching mechanism, you can switch the chuck to 10 to 20 % power to centre the workpiece easily, then switch to 100 % and proceed with safe operation. The long life span of the permanent magnetic chuck is ensured by the solid single piece top plate. Possibility to regrind by up to 5 mm. It is possible to deliver this chuck with a through-hole by request.

BMP battery-powered lifting magnets are designed primarily for handling round timber, pipes and other circular-section profiles. However, they are also suitable for lifting flat materials, angle sections, profiles and other ferromagnetic loads.
The built-in 12V battery enables operation without an external power supply and, in combination with the remote control, ensures convenient and flexible operation. The magnetic field provides a reliable holding force even when handling loads with uneven surfaces or air gaps.
Operational safety is ensured by protection against accidental deactivation during lifting, a dual confirmation of the load release function, and a system of visual and audible low-battery warnings.

Detailed description:
The Circu EP is an electro-permanent magnetic chuck designed for installation on rotary tables of vertical grinders for clamping of tool and hardened steels and for heavy duty turning operations. The radial layout of the individual poles is suitable for work with circular or cylindrical shapes such as bearing rings, circular rings, bushings, etc. Using the control unit, the holding force can be controlled in several steps and fast and efficient demagnetization of workpieces can be performed. Thanks to the electro-permanent technology used there is no need for permanent connection to the mains. This results in high efficiency in operation and this also ensures the highest possible clamping accuracy.
Important parameters:
Technology: Electro-permanent
Poles: Radial
Regrinding limit: 8 mm
Guarantee: 2 years
Additional information:
High holding force for clamping during the ultimate heavy duty machining, drilling, and turning operations. Available with pole plate equipped with T-slots for mounting pole extensions. The control unit can be programmed for different types of material to achieve maximum strength and effective demagnetization after machining. At the same time, it is possible to adapt the force to clamp even thinner parts without any deformation. The chuck can be connected via the slip ring in the machine tool spindle, or through the connector located directly on the magnetic chuck.
Use:
circular grinding, roughing, turning

Detailed description:
The BJP is one of the most versatile electromagnetic chucks. The coils are arranged in the chuck for maximum utilisation of their capacities. The BJP generates a high and uniform holding force with minimum warming of the working area.
The electromagnetic chuck is easy to use due to the control unit. Simply press the button or turn the disconnect switch. You can adjust the magnetic holding force easily to create the ideal operating conditions. This operation can be partly or fully automatic due to the interconnection of a suitable control unit with the chuck and the machine control system.
The BJP chucks are fed through the control unit by 110 V DC. Besides fluent regulation of the holding force, this unit also offers automatic demagnetization so that no residual magnetism remains in the workpiece after unclamping.
