The Neo HV lifting arm extends the range of applications for NEO permanent load magnets by enabling the safe positioning of loads between horizontal and vertical positions. It facilitates the handling of sheet metal, panels and other flat workpieces when loading them into machine tools or moving them between workstations.
When used in conjunction with a Neo load magnet, it helps to reduce the use of chains, clamping devices and manual handling. This improves workplace safety and facilitates the operation and handling of larger workpieces.
The load magnet is not included in the scope of supply and is supplied separately.

The Neomicro permanent magnetic pallet chuck is ideal for precise grinding and electrical discharge machining of small and thin, as well as large parts.
Its structure is low and waterproof. It can be cooled with coolant and immersed in dielectric liquid. The upper top plate consisting of brass and steel lamellae ensures high stability and accuracy.
The switching mechanism with gradual start makes it possible to control not only the holding force but also the magnetic field height. The influence of the magnetic field on the tool electrode during electrical discharge machining is thereby minimised.

Maxgrip permanent magnetic chuck is a suitable tool for clamping of different workpiece shapes during grinding, as well as turning operations. The possibility to adjust the holding force greatly facilitates centering of workpieces. Thanks to the low and very stable magnetic field can be clamped even relatively small and thin workpieces. The top plate is made of one solid unit, so there is absolutely no risk of coolant leakage into the chuck´s body. The top plate has also high regrinding limit, which ensures a very long service life.
