We have been cooperating with Walmag for many years, mainly in the field of lifting magnets. For our largely non-standard handling operations, they have always been able to find a solution using specially modified magnets. We have always been satisfied with Walmag's approach, especially regarding technical advice and service.

Sometime in 2014, to speed up and simplify our production, we purchased a magnetic chuck (from an East Asian manufacturer), which we thought would help us achieve the desired results. Unfortunately, we were unable to work with it as we would have liked. Many times, the machined part shifted or even flew off the chuck completely. This led to a situation where all our workers refused to work with this chuck. It kept bothering me why this chuck was promoted elsewhere, but we had such problems using it. Then, at the MSV in Brno, I came across your company, Walmag, and when you explained the capabilities of your chucks and offered free testing of any magnetic chuck, I didn't hesitate and decided to try it. Already during the initial clamping of the part onto the chuck, I sensed a difference from the original one (even after a slight tap on the part, it didn't move an inch). I was extremely pleased with the results of the chuck's testing; its added value for our production was absolutely clear. We immediately purchased a 600x200 Neomill permanent magnetic chuck, thanks to which we can now easily produce parts that we previously had problems clamping. The biggest advantages of the chuck: speed of clamping the part, possibility of clamping even irregular shapes, enormous holding force. What amazed me as a customer was your company's approach. We had a magnetic chuck borrowed from you, and when we ordered "our own," I was told that you would let us keep your magnet on loan until delivery – and that's something you don't see very often these days.
