PRIVACY POLICY
pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR")
I. CONTROLLER

(hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Company").
2. The Company has not appointed a data protection officer.
3. The processing of your personal data is carried out by authorized employees of the company. Processing is carried out using computer technology, or manually
for personal data in paper form, in compliance with all security principles for the administration and processing of personal data. The Company makes every effort to ensure
that your privacy is protected when using its services. The Company has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation, and
unauthorized access. The Company constantly adapts its security measures in line with technological progress and development.
II. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
1. You are not obliged to provide personal data to the Company. However, providing your personal data is a requirement for the Company to be able to conclude a contract with you, or
provide another service. The Company requires your personal data only for the Company's needs (for the reason, purpose, and duration as detailed below).
In no case will your provided personal data be sold to other entities or used in any other commercial manner.
2. The Company primarily processes your following personal data:
a) in the event a contract (order) is concluded with you
- Name and surname
- Address
- Email address
- Phone
- Bank details
- ID and VAT ID (for self-employed individuals)
- Contact details of your employees
- Other data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract
- Data provided beyond the scope of applicable laws processed under your consent
b) in the event of sending commercial communications where you are not a customer of the Company, i.e., you have not concluded any contract with the Company, or where you have only registered with the Company
- Name and surname

c) in the event you only raise a query, comment, review
- Name and surname
- Email address
d) Under certain, precisely defined, conditions, we are then obliged to transmit some of your personal data based on valid legal regulations, e.g., to the Police of the Czech Republic, or other bodies active in criminal
proceedings, including specialized units (ÚOOZ, Customs Administration, etc.) and other public administration bodies.
Personal data of users, whether public or private, will not be provided, alienated, exchanged, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to third parties without the express consent of the user.
3. The processed personal data will be obtained by the Company either directly from you (by providing it, for example, during service registration or from individual correspondence with you),
or from publicly accessible registers, lists, and records (e.g., commercial register, trade register, public telephone directory, etc.).
Does the website www.walmag.cz use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that are transferred from the service provider to the user's computer via a web browser and allow the site or service provider's system to
recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Cookies do not pose a danger, are not used to obtain any sensitive personal data, but are important
for privacy protection. We do not use cookies to identify website users or to misuse login details.
We also use cookies when the user uses services we offer to our partners, such as advertising services or features of the company's services,
which may appear on other websites.
Another group consists of third-party cookies (e.g., Google Analytics for analyzing the traffic of a particular website or service, or cookies of advertising system operators)
that are operated on our sites). These cookies are controlled by third parties, and we do not have access to read or write this data.
III. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1) Personal data must be processed:
a) in the event of concluding a contract with you for the purpose of creating an offer, concluding and fulfilling the contract, eventually managing your customer account status and for the purpose of fulfilling
related contractual or legal obligations such as, in particular, archiving tax documents and handling potential complaints.
The legal basis for processing is therefore:
(i) the performance of a contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
(ii) compliance with a legal obligation (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
(iii) legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e., primarily direct marketing, where the Company processes your personal data also for the purpose of disseminating commercial
communications concerning its own similar services, satisfaction questionnaires, sending birthday wishes or New Year's greetings, and for performing simple analytics
(e.g., website traffic measurement, etc.),
(iv) consent (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), e.g., for sending commercial communications that do not fall under direct marketing, i.e., primarily sending commercial
communications concerning the offer of goods or services of third parties
b) in the event of sending commercial communications where you are not a customer of the Company, i.e., you have not concluded any contract with the Company, or where you have only registered with the
Company, the legal basis for processing is your consent (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). If consent is given, processing takes place for the purpose of offering services, sending commercial communications, and informing about company promotions, etc.
c) in the event you only raise a query, comment, review, the legal basis for processing is the fulfillment of (pre-)contractual obligations (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
IV. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
1) Your personal data will be processed only for the necessary period:
a) in the case of concluding a contract, your personal data will be processed for the period determined by the performance of the contract and the subsequent retention of tax documents for
the ordered and supplied service or goods; however, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes,
2) You can send your disagreement (objection) to the processing of your personal data to the Company in writing to the Company's address or by email to info@walmag.cz
V. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
1) The processing of your personal data is carried out by the Company, i.e., the personal data controller; however, other persons may also process personal data for the Company, such as:
- suppliers of external services for the Company (typically programming or other supporting technical services, server services, etc.),
- operators of backup servers or operators of technologies used by the Company who process them for the purpose of ensuring the functionality of the relevant services of the Company.
2) If you have entered into a contract with the Company, your personal data may also be processed by:
- tax advisors, auditors, lawyers of the Company to the extent strictly necessary, who process personal data for the purpose of providing advisory services,
- companies within the same group as the Company
- personal data concerning debtors with overdue debts may also be made available to companies providing credit insurance or collection agencies
for the purpose of enforcing or collecting receivables of the Company,
- payment gateway providers,
- carriers
- upon request or in case of suspicion of illegal activity, personal data may also be handed over to public administration authorities,
- eventually other providers of similar services, which the Company currently does not use.
3) The Company does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.
VI. YOUR RIGHTS
1) In the context of the processing of personal data by the Company, you have the right to:
- request information about what personal data the Company processes about you,
- request an explanation from the Company regarding the processing of your personal data,
- request access to your personal data from the Company and have it updated or corrected,
- request the Company to erase your personal data, or restrict its processing,
- transfer your personal data to another controller,
- withdraw consent given for the processing of your personal data,
- object to processing based on the Company's legitimate interest
- in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of your personal data, contact the Company or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
